  • Yes - every piece is solid 9ct or above.

  • Where a piece includes a gemstone, we describe it to the best of our knowledge based on visual assessment. Synthetic or glass stones are always disclosed.

  • Ring sizes are listed with each piece. You can find our size guide here. Some rings can be professionally resized - ask us before purchasing and we'll let you know if your piece is suitable.

  • We do! We use DHL express for our international orders.

  • Due to the unique and curated nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

    As each piece is a one-of-a-kind vintage item, we encourage you to review the product photographs, description, measurements and condition carefully before purchasing.

  • Because every Vallora piece is solid gold and vintage or estate jewellery, a little extra care goes a long way.

    Clean gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid chlorine, bleach or abrasive cleaners. Put jewellery on last (after makeup and perfume) and store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box.
